Description

AERO MOUNT / 02 is an ultralight and highly practical solution for mounting a light or bike computer to the HANDLE BAR AERO BAG. It attaches quickly, easily and securely to the existing mounting points on top of the HANDLE BAR AERO BAG.

Acting as a compact handlebar extension, it allows you to mount most compact front lights, bike computers and GPS devices, or to use adapters for smartphone and GPS mounts. This solves the limited-space and obstruction issues that can occur when using the HANDLE BAR AERO BAG.

The latest version of the AERO MOUNT / 02 is manufactured using an injection-moulding process, providing even greater strength and an improved surface finish.

Compatibility

Designed exclusively for the HANDLE BAR AERO BAG. The handlebar cylinder features a standard diameter of 31.8 mm. The base includes both an M5 and two M3 threaded holes, suitable for compatible mounts for smartphones (e.g., QuadLock or SP-Connect) and bike computers. Garmin mount is included.

Light and easy to install but I am very confused that it is not symmetrical or centered.

The mount is intentionally not symmetrical. For installation with an asymmetrical clamp, such as from Supernova or Lupine, the cylinder is rotated to the corresponding side. For a central ratchet-style mounting, it is positioned in the middle.

The example shown also does not contradict the asymmetry. In this case, both rubber bands should have been routed with a central cross in the middle, which would result in the Garmin sitting centered.

Super Produkt doch die Schrauben sind zu lang für GPS

Die mitgelieferten Schrauben sind zu lang um einen Fahrradcomputer zu benutzen. Entweder ich bin das Problem oder die Schraubenlänge ist zu lang.

Hallo Jakob, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung.
Du hast die falschen Schrauben genutzt (die, die zum Befestigen des Lampen-Teils benötigt werden). Es liegen in der Verpackung auch kürzere Schrauben für das GPS Teil bei. Damit sollte es problemlos klappen.
