The HANDLE BAR AERO BAG is a large-volume handlebar bag which, thanks to its slim shape, is also used for aerodynamics. Individually or in combination with the HANDLE BAR ROLL BAG, it significantly expands the storage space and offers a good counterweight to the SADDLE BAG.

Drive in any weather, protect your valuables and keep your luggage dry. Our bags are high-frequency welded and are made of high-quality, super-strong yet lightweight fabric that we have coated on both sides to ensure maximum robustness and cleanability.

Note on weather resistance: The HANDLE BAR AERO BAG is made from fully waterproof materials, high-frequency welded, and provides reliable protection against rain and splashing water. However, under heavy load or strong pressure on the zipper, the waterproofness may be locally reduced – especially during prolonged, very heavy rain. For sensitive or electronic items, additional protective covering is recommended.

The HANDLE BAR AERO BAG can be optimally attached under aero bars - this works as a stand-alone front bag or in combination with the HANDLE BAR ROLL BAG.

The HANDLE BAR AERO BAG can also be used without aero bars and is stably attached directly under/on the handlebars. When mounted on standard handlebars, the bag is additionally fixed to the crown of the fork or rests on the head tube for a stable hold.

Use with carbon handlebars and/or carbon aero bars is possible without any problems.

By using 3D BAG FIT, you can virtually view the bag on your bike.

In 2020 we, Christoph and Max, founded CYCLITE between Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps.

We have been bikepackers ourselves for many years and couldn't find any transport solutions that met our requirements. This is how our vision was born: ultra-light, functional, well-designed and as sustainable as possible products for transporting luggage on bikes. All products are developed in Grassau and intensively tested at every opportunity.

A little disappointed

The bag itself does a great job for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the issue I have is that the mesh side slip pocket is starting to separate away from the bag which is a pity because I really liked the concept of this bag. I purchased it on the 24 June 2025 for the LEL and it was only used for three days as the event was truncated.

Gut

Montage ist gut - da wackelt nichts. Der AeroMount ist eine gute Idee, diese wackelt dann allerdings - aber gut, wie soll das auch anders funktionieren? Der Scheinwerfer lässt sich dennoch nutzen, wenn man sich nicht empfindlich gegenüber der Vibration des Scheinwerferkegels zeigt.

Zipp ist schwergängig, wenn man ihn mit einer Hand ziehen/schließen möchte - während der Fahrt geht das also eher schlecht.

Das wichtigste: Wasserdichtigkeit ist gegeben. Nicht so wie vergleichbares Material von APDR Race Line, die nach ein paar Stunden waschelnass sind, obwohl ebenfalls mit Wasserdichtigkeit geworben wird. Bei Cyclite stimmt das: wasserdicht.

Freut mich zu hören, dass die Montage gut sitzt und alles stabil ist. Schön, dass das Licht trotz der Vibrationen gut nutzbar ist.

Zum Reißverschluss: Unser wasserdichter Reißverschluss sollte sich sehr gut nutzen lassen. Mit der Zeit läuft er noch leichter, und wer möchte, kann ihn zusätzlich mit etwas Silikonspray oder Kettenöl geschmeidiger machen.

Ohne Aerobars nicht möglich

Wollte ohne Aeroaufsätze verwenden - nicht passend. Leider ist mein Freiraum zwischen Vorbaulenker und Reifen zu kurz, daher passt die Tasche nicht. Ungeeignet auch bei aussenliegenden Bremskabeln.
Ob es mir Aerobars funktioniert, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich keine montiert habe.

Danke für deine Bewertung.
Die AERO BAG lässt sich entgegen deiner Aussage, hervorragend direkt am Lenker befestigen, wie auch im Produktvideo gezeigt. Entsprechend können wir deine Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen.
Dass bei dir am Rad der Abstand zu klein ist, tut uns leid - das ist jedoch kein Problem der Tasche. Unter dem Reiter 'Kompatibilität' auf der Produktseite schreiben wir klar, dass ein Mindestabstand von 22cm benötigt wird.
Auch mit Bremskabeln funktioniert die Befestigung in der Regel einwandfrei direkt am Lenker. Die Kabel werden dazu an das Lenkerrohr oder zur Seite gedrückt. Gerne kannst du uns ein Foto deines Set Ups schicken, damit wir dir Tipps zur Befestigung geben können.
